    • Processing time is 2 - 4 months with photo updates and communication along the way.

    • Free Shipping on the final order (original shipment of flowers to our facility is the customer's responsibility).

    • We require the flowers to be sent with expedited shipping services within 1-2 days. The quicker we receive your flowers, the better condition they will be in. Ethereal Spark is not responsible for any shipping delays after your order is passed to the shipping carrier.

    • You can also dry the flowers at home and ship them to us when they are dried to save on shipping costs, and receive a 10% discount!

  • Once a product purchase has been placed, the following cancellation terms apply:

    • Cancellations made prior to flowers arriving are 90% refundable

    • Cancellations made after the flowers have been processed and preserved are 50% refundable

    • Cancellations made after the flowers have been designed are 25% refundable

    • No refunds on cancellations made after the flowers have been cast in resin

  • Due to the custom and sentimental nature of this item, all sales are final.

Important Notes

  • Each piece is one-of-a-kind & handmade

  • Small bubbles are natural in resin art

  • Natural color changes may occur during preservation:

    Red → deep burgundy

    Orange → golden yellow

    White → off-white or translucent

  • Only enough flowers are saved for the items ordered

  • Unused flowers will be discarded

We are not responsible for any damage to flowers due to delays in shipment. We must receive the flowers ASAP for best results, so shipping immediately using the fastest service available is necessary. If your bouquet arrives in poor condition, it may be necessary to replace some blooms with identical flowers, or to create other smaller pieces using individual petals, rather than the 6" letter.
