Shipping Instructions

  • Shipping Fresh or Dried Flowers

Ready to get ahead on preparing to ship your flowers? Here is our detailed shipping guide that will step by step instruct you how to safely and efficiently send your precious flowers to us!

  • How to Ship Fresh Flowers

If your flowers are more than 3 days old we recommend drying them at home and then mailing them to us in a few weeks.

You will need to ship fresh flowers using an overnight service, such as FedEx Overnight or UPS Next Day Air. Please ship fresh flowers in a styrofoam cooler.

Ship fresh flowers with several frozen coolant blocks or gel refrigerant coolants in a ziplock bag taped to the bottom of the cooler. Layer newspaper or paper towel on top of this, underneath the flowers, to collect excess moisture. Your coolant blocks should be in the freezer for at least 8 hours before you plan to ship.

  • How to Ship Dried Flowers

Dried and faux flowers should be packaged in a cardboard box with either crumpled paper or styrofoam packing peanuts for protection. This will help prevent the flowers from becoming bumped around during transit.

Package your flowers with crumpled paper or styrofoam packing peanuts to protect them during transit.

DO NOT use bubble wrap, plastic bags or plastic products to package your flowers.

Please write your name, address, telephone numbers and email address on a piece of paper in a separate ziplock bag so we know who your flowers belong to when they arrive. You will receive a confirmation email with the shipping address after placing the order.

NOTE: Ethereal Spark is not responsible for any damage to flowers due to delays in shipment. We must receive fresh flowers ASAP for best results, so shipping immediately using the fastest service available is necessary. If your bouquet arrives in poor condition, it may be necessary to replace some blooms with identical flowers, or to create other smaller pieces using individual petals
