β’ Aim to order all desired items together, we only save enough flowers for the order
β’ Unused flowers will be discarded

Every flower dries slightly differently. There may be minor imperfections, such as air bubbles, which do not affect the overall quality of the piece, and I will try my best to limit these imperfections.
β¨ Please note that some letters do not stand alone and will need positioning against or in between an object.
β¨We are not responsible for any damage to flowers due to delays in shipment. We must receive the flowers ASAP for best results, so shipping immediately using the fastest service available is necessary. If your bouquet arrives in poor condition, it may be necessary to replace some blooms with identical flowers, or to create other smaller pieces using individual petals, rather than the 6" letter.
